SHIPPING

All the jewelry is shipped in jewelry boxes or in a mailing envelope.  All of the orders are sent through the Finnish Postal Office (Posti) 

Your order will be shipped within 4-7 working days - unless delay or other reasons, further information will be sent via email (make sure you fill in your email address.)

Shipping: Europe 11.00€
Shipping: Outside Europe 10€ 

REFUND

If for some reason you are not satisfied with the item or you want to change it to another product,  please be in contact immediately within 14 days from the day of delivery. Contact via email: Write RETURN in the subject line.

All of the returned or switched items must be in the same condition and in the original packaging as they were when purchased. 

HAKKI DESIGN is not responsible for packages mailed to us, therefore we suggest that you use a trackable mail service when returning an order. The customer is responsible for the returning costs.

PAYMENT

All the prices on the website include Finnish VAT (24%). Note that when ordering outside the EU, there might be some custom duties or import taxes. Please check with your local customs office for your local rules and regulations.
